What you’ll do

At Doctolib, we're on a mission to transform the way healthcare is delivered by leveraging the power of AI. As a Data Scientist, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI/ML-driven features that will power the products used by Healthcare Professionals in their day to day job.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of talented data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers and healthcare professionals to develop and deploy AI/ML models that will have a real impact on people's lives.

You will build AI/ML services to power Doctolib products for healthcare professionals. You will leverage textual data, from documents or generated by users, to automate or simplify administrative, financial and clinical daily tasks. Also, you will carry out explorations to better understand how users use our product, to orientate the roadmap of Product teams.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Find the right technical solution to solve the product domain goals
  • Implement your ideas and test them
  • Deploy your algorithms in production guided by our ML platform team
  • Measure the uplift and continuously improve your approach 

Who you are

You could be our next teammate if you:

  • Have analytical skills, are result oriented and user first
  • Have 5+ years of significant experience in NLP, and a solid knowledge of latest NLP architecture (transformers, LLM)
  • Have already deployed models to production environments
  • Have an appetite for mentoring and helping your teammates upskill

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Are at ease to collaborate with ML engineers to take into consideration production constraints
  • Have experience in other ML methodologies : recommendation, experimentation or causal inference.
