What you’ll do
Our Design team comprises individuals with diverse skill sets, including User Research, Brand Design, UX Writing, Design operations, and Product Design. We all strive to deliver exceptional user experiences to patients and healthcare professionals.
As a Senior Product Designer (x/f/m), you will be asked to transform complex healthcare problems into a blueprint of simple, memorable, consistent, and accessible experiences that align precisely between business needs and user needs.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Hands-on ownership of the entire design process from exploring the problem definition to developing a suitable solution.
- Creating impactful designs using user interviews, analyzing data, formulating and validating hypotheses, sketching, and prototyping.
- Translating qualitative and quantitative insights into hypotheses, prototypes, tests
- Understanding how to work from business goals to identify and seize new opportunities.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers and the product manager to develop new functionalities
- Contribute to our "Oxygen" design system and improve our component libraries.
- You are looking for ways to expand your skills and grow in your field. You like to share your knowledge and contribute to the team's growth.

You could be our next teammate if you:
- Already worked a minimum of 4 years in the field of Product Design with a strong focus on B2B products within complex industries such as healthcare.
- Successfully launched features within the ecosystem of an EHR (Electronic Health Record)
- You are a smooth communicator who acts proactively to ensure effective collaboration by articulating your ideas clearly and effectively and can influence, convince, and build trust.
- Have strong experience with high-fidelity prototyping.
- Possess extensive knowledge of mobile and desktop design patterns.
- Understand product release cycles and make necessary trade-offs and prioritization decisions to ship.
- Can speak English and German on a C1 level, French would be a plus (not mandatory).

- Portfolio Review with our Hiring Manager (1h)
- A live-case (role play with the team on a design problem) (1h 30min)
- Final Interview with the Design Director (30min)
- At least one reference check
