Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (x/f/m) to join our team dedicated to enhancing Doctolib’s developers experience in our PEER domain

As a Technical Product Manager (x/f/m), your mission will be to lead initiatives aimed at empowering our Tech & Product teams (650+ people) to build high-quality software efficiently as we transition towards a service-oriented architecture. In particular, you will collaborate closely with developers to understand their pain points, gather requirements, define product goals and drive the development of innovative solutions to make it easier for Doctolib developers to get work done. 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the ideation, planning, and execution of initiatives focused on streamlining development processes, reducing friction, and increasing developer satisfaction
  • Understanding developers' pain points & needs to support operations across several countries and clusters, using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape, business and technical context through benchmarking and research
  • Defining the vision and owning the product strategy of the product brick(s) you are responsible for
  • Building a prioritized roadmap and product plan to deliver this vision in a scalable way, taking into account Doctolib’s growth plan
  • Being able to explain and convince the different stakeholders about your choices
  • Leading the execution of the projects autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, validation of developments, rollout and following-up results and impacts
  • Contributing to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, best-practice implementation, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale

Who you are

  • Have a strong technical background, building capabilities at scale for developers to not only understand your product’s technical underpinnings but to also effectively engage with our product teams
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership: you have worked with developers, led rituals, wrote specifications
  • Speak English at least on a C1 level
  • Have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Base your strategic product decisions with a strong analytical mindset grounded on data
  • Always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
  • Are familiar with service-oriented architectures, experience working with APIs, SDKs, and other developer tools
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and driving positive change within organizations
  • Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment
  • Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
