Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic NTC team (Notification Traffic Control) team in PEER domain focused on delivering communications (push notifications, emails, and SMSes) to our end-users, whether it be patients or practitioners, reliably, cost-efficiently and in a timely manner.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, your mission will be to shape how our internal teams deliver impactful messages to our user base, as we evolve architecture to become service-oriented. You will collaborate closely with various product teams to understand requirements, define product goals, and drive the development of innovative solutions that streamline the communication delivery process.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Understanding developers' problems & needs to support operations across several countries and clusters, using qualitative and quantitative data
- Analyzing the competitive landscape, business and technical context through benchmarking and research
- Defining the vision and owning the product strategy of the product brick(s) you are responsible for
- Building a prioritized roadmap and product plan to deliver this vision in a scalable way, taking into account Doctolib’s growth plan
- Being able to explain and convince the different stakeholders about your choices
- Managing the relationship with our communications providers, continuously identifying and mitigating risks, negotiating favorable terms, and evaluating new opportunities for collaboration
- Leading the execution of the projects autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, validation of developments, rollout and following-up results and impacts
- Contributing to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, best-practice implementation, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale
Who you are

- Have a strong technical background, building capabilities at scale for developers to not only understand your product’s technical underpinnings but to also effectively engage with our product teams
- Speak English at least on a C1 level
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical solutions with direct product ownership: you have worked with developers, led rituals, wrote specifications
- Base your strategic product decisions with a strong analytical mindset grounded on data
- Always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
- Are familiar with service-oriented architectures, experience working with APIs, SDKs, and other developer tools
- Passion for technology, innovation, and driving positive change within organizations
- Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment
- Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
