About the role
The Customer Success Associate brings energy and expertise to all their accounts. You will know everything that’s happening on an account’s campaigns, and what needs to happen next.
An ideal candidate for the role will become a trusted advisor to enable clients to apply enterprise solutions to achieve their business objectives
Task of the role
- Being the day-to-day operations contact – Attending meetings alongside Customer Success Managers, assisting in brainstorms, calls, daily team liaison, managing timelines and deadlines, production/project management where required, ensuring the client scope of work is delivered on a day-to-day basis, etc.
- Development of campaign ideas and deployment of campaigns – Across App Push, Web Push, Website Pop-up campaigns – working with the respective regional Customer Success teams where appropriate, to suggest and deploy creative engagement/activation ideas and content
- Report creation and management – create weekly and monthly client reports, regular client updates and analysis of data to optimise future activity
- Native language proficiency in Japanese. Business English proficiency.
- Strong interest in digital marketing — e.g. email marketing, inbound marketing, app and web push marketing, digital advertising on Facebook, Google, LINE etc.
- Excellent organisation skills, including time management and attention to detail
- Analytical thinker, capable of learning fast and quickly adapting to new tools and platforms
- Creative thinker, capable of suggesting digital campaign ideas that benefit the client brand as well as engages users
- Proven experience of digital marketing campaign data analysis and insights reporting
