As our Conversational Designer at Appier Japan, you will be the primary source for planning, creating, managing, and evaluating dialogues within our chatbot commerce service. Your proficiency in design and storytelling will be instrumental in delivering seamless experiences that align with the unique needs and branding of our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design of virtual commerce assistants, developing their narratives and visuals while ensuring alignment with each brand's identity.
- Ensure that our chatbot maintains engaging and impactful conversations, staying true to the voice of the respective brands.
- Analyze and monitor trends in the Japan market, providing valuable insights to our Japanese counterparts and board members.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance the user experience specifically for the region.
- Contribute to the establishment of the foundational strategies of our conversational design team tailored to the region.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in advertising, marketing, creative agencies, or related fields.
- Hands-on expertise with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Ability to produce high-quality creative assets for advertisements and product user interfaces.
- Adept at adapting to various brand guidelines and creating assets that align with client requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in crafting intuitive copy and content to enhance user navigation through digital products.
- Confident in driving content strategy, content creation, and best practices to boost user engagement and conversions.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and strategies to stakeholders and board members, serving as the point of contact for conversational design matters.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
