About the role

We are looking for Legal Senior Specialist / Assistant Manager role who will be focusing on corporate legal affairs management. This role will require proficiency in English and Chinese.



  • Mainly focus on applying and streamlining business and corporate legal procedure and
    process by co-working with different stakeholders internally.
  • Liaise and give accurate legal direction regularly with our global colleagues on their legal
    requirements for their commercial activities.
  • Draft, review and negotiate variety of agreements or other legal documents in English
    and Chinese.
  • To handle various tasks and projects upon manager’s requests.
  • To handle trademark application and filing.


About you

  • Be open-minded, and having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptable to fast-changing work environments.
  • Bachelor of Law degree is required (LL.B).
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in law firm or as in-house legal.
  • Computer skill of Word and Excel is required
  • Desire to learn and work in high-tech industry

[Nice to have]

  • Taiwan and/or US bar certificate.
  • Working experience in advertising or/and software (esp. MarTech) industry
  • Experiencing in developing and delivering internal process for startups.
