About the role

As a smart and scrappy problem solver under the Growth Department in Appier, the Sr. Sales Operations Specialist will work on topics that range from high level Sales Strategy to the nuts and bolts of Sales Operations. He/She will be working with regional sales leaders, marketing team and business development individuals to help build and improve sales data, processes, and operational efficiencies. The senior sales operations specialist will also partner with business leaders and provide advice on how to improve our Go-To-Market model in each region.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Funnel Analysis: Analyze the top-of-funnel sales pipeline to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Activity Monitoring: Regularly monitor ISR activity, including Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of the ISR budget and collaborate with the Finance department to track and optimize expenditures.
  • Dashboard Development and Maintenance: Create and maintain dashboards to enhance sales team efficiency and support sales growth initiatives. Be responsive to requests for specific dashboard enhancements.
  • ISR Weekly Reporting: Create and deliver weekly reports tailored for ISR leaders in the different regions, summarizing key performance metrics and insights.
  • MBR and QBR Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare data and reports for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to facilitate data-driven decision-making in regular business meetings.
  • Consultative Sales Support: Leverage sales data to provide consultative advice to the sales team, enabling them to optimize their strategies and tactics.
  • Translate Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable improvements on existing dashboards and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of related working experience, either in sales analyst, sales operations, business operations or data analyst fields. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data using SQL, Python, or related analytical/programming tools (experience with these tools is a great plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven record in working with senior management and senior sales director or VP of sales
