About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing tech team. We are creating more services generating tremendous value to the world using AI technology and with the incredible speed of the growth of our customers, we need experienced and intelligent people to brainstorm moonshot ideas, define product roadmaps, and roll up our sleeves to the whole productization journey.


The candidate must be willing to be involved in and constantly improve every aspect of the product life cycle starting from idea brainstorming, customer interview, user experience design, functional spec, and engineering work, to marketing activities. You will have the opportunity to work with global colleagues and experience advanced growth and provide the most up-to-date features to global clients.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Engage with our customers, prospects and partners, develop a deep understanding of their needs, and stay close to latest market trends to define forward-looking product strategy and business plans for Appier's data products
  • Work cross-functionally to create innovative and differentiating solutions that delight our customers and market them effectively to reach our business goals
  • Facilitate communications internally and externally and enable customer success teams and partners to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Develop product documentation, thought leadership, customer presentation and other content assets that drive success of our customers and our business

 

About you 

[Minimum qualifications]

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with proven track records of working with user experience design and product development teams to build products for enterprise customers
  • Experience in marketing technology as a solution provider or as a user with proven track records of product & solution ideation, or equivalent experience to show strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising ecosystems
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills to articulate product ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels
  • Self-starter mindset to solve ambiguous problems with minimal guidance. Experience operating in a hyper-growth/entrepreneurial environment, scaling new and emerging products from the ground-up
  • Fluent in English communications

  • Experience working with go-to-market teams on product positioning, competitive research, pricing, packaging, product launches, among other go-to-market considerations
  • Experience working/liaising with external partners towards joint business goals
  • Experience in building and/or enabling AI products
  • Fluency in Japanese or Korean
