About the role:
We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for our Human Resources team at Appier. This person will alongside the Global Learning & Development Leader to manage day-to-day operations, deliver core training programs, and build relationships with employees at all levels in the organization to help build a great learning culture at Appier.


Responsibilities of the role:
● Identify training needs and providing input into learning program design
● Develop and maintain related curriculum, quick reference guides, instructor/participant guides, business case exercises, job aids and train-the- trainer toolkits.
● Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
● Deliver core training programs live and virtually
● Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure
results.
● Assist in functional training systems and onboarding processes for individual departments
● Create and manage learning pathways in e-learning LMS platform


About you:
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, education or related disciplines
● 3-5 years experience in a learning and development related role
● Ability to influence and work collaboratively across the organization
● Takes initiative and ability to manage several ongoing projects in a fast-paced
environment
● Great at problem solving, communication, and training delivery
● Knowledge of learning theories, methodologies and certifications in training
programs is a plus
● Passionate about learning!
