We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team in Paris and Nantes to work closely with all the tech teams, sharing our ambition to digitize healthcare in Europe.

 

You will have the opportunity to work closely with Engineering Directors and Managers from the  SRE/ DevOps and Platform domain with stakeholders in France, and ultimately you will have an impact on the whole TA team, company and culture.

 

The Platform domain is a crucial element of Doctolib’s tech team growth, as it is the “command center” for managing tooling, scaling, and traffic across all

Your role

  • Talent advisor; you will bring external and internal insights into expectation-setting conversations, co-build realistic and diverse target candidate profiles with the hiring manager, recommend salary ranges, coach the hiring manager to play a leadership role around the interviewing and selection process, and engage the hiring manager as a key player in the closing process
  • Train the hiring managers, and interviewers to be better at creating a culture of recruiting
  • Collaborate and partner with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators to up-level the way that we do hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective
  • Leverage the tools to enhance the funnel metrics, speed metrics, quality of hire metrics, candidate experience feedback and diversity metrics
  • Source, Assess & Preparing candidates for interviews, and advocating for candidates at Debrief and Closing
  • Launch new roles with a hiring brief meeting and participate in scoping discussions

Your skills

  • Fluent English 
  • International recruitment experience is a plus 
  • At least 2 years experience in a full cycle recruiting role with a focus on software and technology
  • Perseverance to find only the best, never give up on strong potential talents in order to build a team of A-players
  • Clear examples of problem solving skills, along with the ability to be creative, agile, and adaptabile
  • Excellent relationship building skills, you are able to tailor your speech to each person you meet
