Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Data Collection team in the Health Care Professionals Data Platform domain.

As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to collect, enrich and maintain the most qualitative data for all Health Care Professionals (HCPs) operating in our markets (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, UK) and distribute it to both internal teams (Sales, Marketing...) and end users. You will be working in the feature team owning the Master Data Management tool.

As a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all Health Care Professionals (HCPs) where we operate are included in our internal Directory
  • Improve the overall quality of information we collect on HCPs by adding new external data sources to our HCPs Directory and improving the matching rate between those sources  
  • Implement a Data Mesh Architecture for Health Care Professionals at Doctolib including an exhaustive and accessible  HCPs Data Catalog
  • Define the vision and own the product strategy on HCP Directory and HCP Data Catalog
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager to build a prioritized roadmap and product plan to deliver this vision in a scalable way
  • Be able to explain and convince the different stakeholders about your choices
  • Lead the execution of the projects autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, validation of developments, rollout and follow-up results and impacts
  • Define each project specifications and ensure key product management processes for the confidentiality and security of health data
  • Work closely with our end users and cross-functionally with development teams, user researchers, designers, and data analysts in an agile environment.
  • Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, best-practice implementation, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale

Who you are

If you don’t meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience, we still encourage you to apply!

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership: you have worked with developers, led rituals, wrote specifications
  • Have extended experience on Master Data Management including SQL technical skills
  • Possess a strong experience developing/launching products in a large scale international B2B environment, where you need to change the engine while it runs at full speed
  • Always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
  • Speak English & French at least on a C1 level
  • Already have an experience in working on data-science based products on top of more traditional feature teams
  • Have experience on Data Mesh Architecture
  • Worked with Sales representatives on CRM related topics
  • Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment
  • Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
