We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager specialized in AI to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, your mission is to define, prioritize, and manage AI enhanced products to maximize value for Doctolib and its users, and ensure their scalability.

You will have the opportunity to work on strategic subjects for Doctolib, such as integrating speech-to-text or large-language model capabilities in our products, to transform the daily lives of care teams. 

What you’ll do

You will work with the ML Platform team on strategic subjects, and be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand their problems and liaise with the ML Platform team to frame, build and maintain AI products from the data collection to the model operationalization.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define AI products vision and influence roadmap
    • Build long-term AI product vision that will guide all product development efforts
    • Contribute to OKRs definition
    • Implement a product management approach to all AI products to optimize impact and scalability of products
  • Define and prioritize solutions
    • Work with stakeholders and AI & Data teams, to define a roadmap that will achieve vision
    • Contribute to short/mid-term prioritization, consulting with stakeholders and AI & Data teams, and find the right resources to develop AI products
    • Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, to ensure that everyone is aligned on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Ensure the continuous operation of AI services in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
    • Engage in continuous dialogue with product teams and business units to align AI service capabilities with current and future needs
  • Understand users needs and make sure products deliver expected impact
    • Continuously connect with end-users and evaluate AI products to ensure they meet the organization's evolving needs
    • Lead scoping, explorations and work closely with stakeholders and ML/AI teams to ensure that AI products deliver the expected impact
    • Identify opportunities to advise/guide business and product teams when leveraging complex AI manipulations in self service
    • Drive AI products adoption (including self-service) working closely with business and product teams

Who you are

  • At least 7 years experience in Product Management including ML and AI features
  • Real appetite and curiosity for AI's latest innovations (LLM, RAG, GenAI…)
  • Strong understanding of ML & AI lifecycle management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive product vision and strategy.
  • Excellent prioritization skills
