We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Core Frontend Team and help us become the #1 digital and secure medical companion for patients.

More specifically, you'll join a team of engineers, designers and accessibility specialists working on advanced frontend development topics, with a strong focus on our own design system, "Oxygen". As a frontend "platform" team, they support and empower other teams contributing to common frontend libraries, and help spread state-of-the-art workflows and practices. They also regularly craft new components for our designers and developers, leveraging advanced Typescript and Accessibility standards and ensuring high reusability of the design system across our codebases. They are mindful of the overall performance on our websites, and “enable” other teams to create and maintain optimized frontend applications and libraries by defining and implementing strong, future-proof internal standards and quality levels.
