Doctolib is looking for a Go-to-Market Strategy Intern to strengthen its Go To Market Strategy team in Italy and support its strong ambition to expand in the Italian Market.
This is a 360 degrees role which will allow you to learn about every department of a fast growing health tech company. You will support the Strategy Manager responsible for the self-employed health professional market clusters (GPs, Specialists and Other allied health professionals). You will be involved in projects spanning across all the departments of the company: strategy, product, sales, marketing, post sales.
What you’ll do
- Build a deep understanding of our client base, the market and the competitive landscape to help continue defining the most important customer needs and the best growth opportunities for Doctolib in Italy.
- Conduct robust analyses to understand our performance and give recommendations across all of the company’s departments including (but not limited to) :
- Product: become a product expert in order to suggest product improvements, help coordinate new product feature launches and monitor clients adoption and usage.
- Marketing and Partnership: help the marketing team craft and optimize both B2B and B2C campaigns, help the partnerships team navigate the opportunities to maximize our lead generation results and minimize our acquisition costs.
- Sales: help define monthly targets, prioritize the pipeline and monitor sales cycle results in order to successfully implement the company’s growth strategy and hit market penetration targets.
- Post sales: help refine post sales processes and best practices in order to maximize our customers’ satisfaction all through their lifetime and minimize churn rate.
Who you are

Now, it would be fantastic if you:
- have great communication skills in both Italian and English - French a big plus
- have a first successful professional experience
