What you’ll do

Doctolib is looking for a Sales Strategy Analyst Intern for Italy. You will work in the Sales Excellence team in structuring our Sales machine and maximizing the Sales efficiency and performance in Italy, in collaboration with the Sales Managers and Directors.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Steer sales performance all over the sales cycle to shape Italian growth and contribute to continuous learning over the market
  • Support the team in defining clear and right targets to boost performance
  • Support the design of bonus structure and compute them to align interests 
  • Participate in the construction of dashboards and reports in Salesforce
  • Help to design & roll-out sales tools
  • Train sales users on tools and ensure great adoption of tools

  • You hold/are about to hold a Master's degree from a business school or engineering school
  • You have strong analytical skills, analytical approach to solve problems 
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, French or German represent a plus
