We are looking for an IS PM, within IT & Security team, to be positioned as a true facilitator and coordinator to contribute to the team delivery, performance and growth in a fast-paced international environment:

  • Lead with excellence IT & Security or transversal projects/programs to support Doctolib’s growth and ambition

What you’ll do

Within the IT & Security Team Operations, you will help IT & Security teams to plan and operate with excellence:By contributing and promoting IT & Security team vision and impact

  • By aligning roadmaps & products portfolio under Doctolib strategy
  • By optimizing internal processes, ways of working and tooling and promoting best practices
  • By managing IT & Security budget, performance, and delivery on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • By ensuring security and compliance are taken into account in each project and roadmap
  • By contribution to talents development and learning

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading one or multiple transversal projects / programs to drive alignment between several teams and departments (inside and outside IT & Security) regarding strategic challenges
  • Leading the IT & Security part of future Doctolib’s PMI
  • Define and manage IT & Security key objectives with measurable KPIs, and report to the top management via the proper governance,
  • Supporting our IT Business, Platforms and Operations Domains to ensure they respect their roadmap and budget, work with common and efficient processes, measure and follow their KPIs
  • Fostering communication and vision on key topics within the team to enhance scope, schedule, follow-up, risks, budget & outcomes,
  • Ensuring the global coherence and alignment of all IT & Security operations and delivery with the strategic objectives
  • Animating our workshops for the IT Services to crack complex subjects and enhance IT & Security teams life
  • Helping closely IT & Security Leadership to ensure our IT organizations is efficient and leverage continuous improvement for our activities
