As a Tech & Product Onboarding Apprentice/Intern, you will be ensuring that the Tech & Product Camp is an unforgettable experience for the teams’ new joiners.

 

Tech Camp & Product Camp are two week-onboarding programs dedicated to our tech and product new joiners. They aim at providing them with an overview of the teams’ organization, ways of working, and stakeholders and are part of the full Doctolib Academy journey for new Doctolibers. In this role, you will contribute to Doctolib’s core missions of improving healthcare for both patients and practitioners by enhancing the day-to-day job of 40+ feature teams (+300 People: PM, developers, analysts, designers) and supporting their growth

 

What will you be doing?

 

You will be helping in organizing/improving the Tech & Product Camps by:

 

  • Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders across teams/Doctolib offices to organize the monthly Tech and Product camp sessions 
  • Coordinating with the different training tutors to put the recurring and specific initiatives on the ground
  • Acting as the first point of contact on any onboarding related issues for new Tech & Product team joiners
  • Identifying improvement/evolution opportunities for the onboarding program by collecting and analyzing participants and trainers’ feedback
  • Preparing communication supports for new hires, managers & other stakeholders involved in the onboarding process
  • Supporting the Learning Program manager on implementing new projects (e.g. buddy program coordination, shadowing of other teams, etc.)



What team will you be joining?

You will be reporting directly to the Learning Program Manager within the Product Operations team and will be interacting daily with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Tech & Product Camps different stakeholders but most importantly with the teams’ new joiners.
