Role Description

Experience : 8 to 15 years

Job Location : Bangalore/Chennai

Notice Period: 0 to 30 days /Max 45 days

Role : Product Owner - Regulatory

Location : Bangalore/Chennai (Hybrid)

 

Required Qualifications:

Overall 8+ years as a in FS domain The lead PO, trusted and 2nd in command to the capability PO, works with stakeholders from GPOs Process in getting requirements to make changes to Regulatory Due Diligence systems that he owns (Single Customer Identifier (SCI) / eOps workflow system), to ensure appropriate changes are made and system go-live on time to adhere to frequent regulatory changes by regulatory bodies (i.e MAS, ASIC, EMIR, etc).

PO experience preferably in the regulatory space and similar systems, or close to 4 years or more in experience

Ran projects in Agile fashion, familiar with Azure DevOps (ADO) project management tools. 

Draft and refine user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria

Prioritise and shape the product backlog, using Agile best practices for prioritisation around business value

Excellent documentation skills, ability to convey complex information with objectivity and brevity

Participate in and facilitate relevant scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions -Support build and test activities

Assist in implementation / rollout including UAT, user trainings, UVT and post go-live support. 

Proactively support Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous service improvement -Drive continuous improvements on processes and user experience using a data driven, structured approach
