Experience & Qualification Required
- Have 6+ years of experience in user experience and visual/digital design
- Be able to design and prototype in tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision, Adobe Creative suite, etc.
- Experience on digital design projects in complex system design (use and understanding of atomic design structures) and responsive platform/application design.
- Experience working within delivery teams with experience in an iterative test and learn design process
- Have great communication skills both when interfacing with stakeholder and external team as well as when working with your team
- Collaboration and work with researcher and product owner to modify user flow based on the feedback
- Be able to lead large and complex projects or multiple project sometime
- Understand and be able to provide the best practice the user journey and structure of the wireframe base on technical structure
- Know how to define and prioritize problems to be tackled.
- Support experience definition by creating customer journey maps, user flow diagram, information architect models. wireframe, and early- stage deliverables
- Be able to train and guide the team’s member such as mid-level and junior level
- Solid presentation skills with client stakeholders and good organisational/written communication skills
- Have worked in an Agile delivery environment
- Able to communicate in both Thai & English
- Nice to have experience in finance or insurance
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences.
- Create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers' needs and user friendly
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity, user friendliness, and delight to complex design while align with product branding
- Craft high-fidelity visual design across all stages, from concept ideation, moodboards, prototypes, to delivery for development
- Lead the definition and creation of a flexible, coherent design systems and component libraries
- Consistently create and elevate brilliant design thinking within the wide business
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
Nice to have skills
- Experience on other wireframing tools like Mockplus, Adobe Experience, Adobe XD, Ombnigraffle, mockingbird, Flinto and Principle
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Familiar with project and task management tool like JIRA
- Experience in financial services not necessary but good to have
