THE ROLE

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect specializing in Data and AI to design and implement cutting-edge data platforms and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and developers, to deliver scalable and robust architectures that address complex business challenges.

THINGS YOU WILL DO

Solution Design:
• Design end-to-end architectures for data processing, storage, and analytics platforms.
• Develop AI/ML deployment strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Choose appropriate technologies (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) to support business goals.


Data Architecture:
• Design and implement modern data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
• Optimize data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or Databricks).
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and security with compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).


AI/ML Implementation:
• Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models.
• Architect MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and incorporate them into solution designs.


Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design tailored solutions.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Present architectural recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.

Technology Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance on data engineering, AI/ML best practices, and DevOps methodologies.
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging technologies.
• Mentor teams in implementing scalable, efficient solutions.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
• 8+ years in solution architecture, with a focus on data and AI/ML projects.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).


Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, or Scala).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and query optimization.


Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
