JOB SUMMARY:

Position: Business Analyst + Data Analyst
Job Location: Bangalore/Pune
Experience: 7+ years

Role Description:

Data analysis
Capturing, analyzing and documenting business process
Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions
Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
Assisting in the implementation of solutions

Additional Skills:

Technical data & data modeling knowledge; ETL understanding
Data analytics hands-on experience
Stakeholder management
Agile delivery hand-on experience
Banking domain knowledge
ESG knowledge desired but not a requisite
SQL knowledge is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to cooperate with a variety of people (across HSBC DAO and DBS) to achieve results
Proactive with good organizational skills and forward planning
Excel working knowledge
