ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst with proven expertise in migration processes, process transformation, and transition management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and supporting the relocation and optimization of processes across locations, driving business improvements through effective change management strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and document current-state processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for migration or transformation.
- Develop target-state process designs to support seamless transitions from one location to another while minimizing business disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver migration and transition projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements, creating detailed documentation for stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify risks and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
- Track, monitor, and report on the progress of migration and transformation projects, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the testing and validation of new processes, ensuring they meet business and operational requirements.
- Provide insights for continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and operational excellence across processes.
- Deliver clear and concise presentations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, regarding project progress, findings, and recommendations.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with focus on migration processes, process transformation, and change management.
- Demonstrated experience in process transitions involving cross-location or global relocations.
- Strong ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, Power BI, or similar process-mapping software.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
