ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting innovative and cutting-edge solutions in the AI and NLP space. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and cloud platforms, as well as strong communication skills to effectively interact with business and technical stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fine-tune pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs) on domain-specific data to build robust and efficient solutions.

  • Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, including vector database integration and advanced prompt engineering.

  • Develop and deploy NLP, machine learning, and deep learning solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Apply best practices in AI/ML development, with a focus on fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.

  • Manage end-to-end experimentation, model development, and validation.

  • Write clean, efficient code primarily in Python; collaborate via GitHub, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present technical insights and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Work on Azure or GCP to develop, test, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong hands-on experience with LLM architectures and fine-tuning methods.

  • Solid understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.

  • Proven background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, and experience working with CI/CD tools.

  • Working knowledge of Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a consulting or financial services environment.

  • Knowledge of AI governance and compliance in regulated industries.
