L3 - Production Support with Snowflake
Experience: 6-9 years
Location: Bangalore or Pune
Technology Mandatory Offshore Support Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Production Support of Mainly TLM Collateral Management and SWIFT application.
- L3 Production Support activities including (but not limited to) diagnosis, investigation, resolution provision, coordination with team lead, business, infrastructure support and vendors (e.g. SWIFT, Smart Stream and Broadridge)
- Implement/Deploy configuration, code changes across all environments including production which is managed by the production support team
- Support for any hardware, systems software or other infrastructure related issues.
- Interaction with offshore team in regard to support incidents assigned to offshore developer for L3/L4 support (i.e. investigation, resolution provision, permanent fix, support release management processes.
- Daily on/offshore team calls at 10 AM GMT to review status.
- Report weekly status of production incidents and project work to offshore delivery manager

- Windows, MQ, UNIX Domain Knowledge
- Middle office or Back office.
- Knowledge in banking domain.
Job Description
- L3 Production Support activities including (but not limited to) diagnosis, investigation, resolution provision, coordination with team lead, business, infrastructure support and vendors (e.g. SWIFT, Smart Stream and Broadridge)
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and good communication skills.
- Analyze business requirements and translate into an efficient technical solution.
- Implement/Deploy configuration changes across all environments excluding production with the appropriate approvals as per Release management processes
- Monitoring end of day batches and act as point of escalation for any BAU queries.
- Vendor interaction Functional Skills
- Technical Understanding of financial services industry.
