We are seeking a Credit Risk Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in credit risk analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in either German or French (minimum B2 level), as they will engage with stakeholders in these languages regularly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments for individual clients and corporate entities.
  • Monitor and analyze financial statements, identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance with internal credit policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and optimize credit risk models.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively in German or French to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of credit risk management strategies.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in credit risk analysis within a financial institution or similar environment.
  • Fluency in German or French (B2 level) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk evaluation methods, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with credit risk tools and data analytics software is a plus.
