About the Job:

As a Managing Principal at Capco, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects and developing new business opportunities. You will work on-site with clients to implement change initiatives for leading financial services organizations, particularly within the Capital Markets sector.

What You’ll Get to Do:

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of consulting experience in Capital Markets and Securities-related businesses
  • Deep understanding of the full trade lifecycle for multiple products/asset classes [FI, Equities, FX]
  • Extensive knowledge of the vendor landscape across the capital markets domain, particularly broker-dealers
  • Proven track record of hitting individual sales targets required
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, global platform implementations
  • Ability to develop and implement global IT resourcing strategies
  • Current knowledge of technology themes such as cybersecurity, resiliency, cloud migrations, and DevOps
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at the CIO and senior management levels
  • Experience in leading and managing large global teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative team approach
  • Initiative to make proactive decisions and drive progress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse client stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in MS PowerPoint
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work across different business areas as a consultant
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willingness and ability to travel Monday through Thursday as needed
