ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in migration processes, transformation, and process transitions to lead and deliver key organizational projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex process transitions from one location to another, driving change management initiatives, and optimizing workflows to align with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end migration and transition projects, ensuring seamless relocation and integration of processes from one location to another.
  • Drive transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing operational improvements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and leadership, to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct detailed current-state assessments and target-state design to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee the implementation of process reengineering and automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating open communication and issue resolution.
  • Track project performance, analyze outcomes, and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and develop best practices for future migration and transformation projects.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, focusing on process migration, transformation, and change management initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in process transition projects, including offshoring, outsourcing, or cross-location process relocations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and tools to support organizational transitions.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage risks and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
