About the Team:
The role is part of our Global HR Operations team, which encompasses Global HR Shared Services, Mobility, Process Excellence and People Insights. The team provides support to all Capco offices and is responsible for carrying out a wide range of services and processes across all aspects of HR operations.
About the Role:
The Global HR Process Excellence Lead is responsible for ensuring that the design and execution of HR processes are of a consistently high standard. The Lead is expected to drive process improvement and efficiencies, to coordinate the development and maintenance of HR policies and to lead on HR audit and compliance activities. The role requires close collaboration with Global HR Operations colleagues, regional HR teams and other function heads. The role has two direct reports.
What You’ll Get to Do:

Coordinate HR audit requests with internal global and regional HR teams to deliver the necessary evidence by expected timeline

Maintain organised records to support audit readiness and compliance activities
- Assist in conducting periodic reviews of auditable HR processes to ensure alignment with global standards
- Assist in mapping Global HR processes, supporting the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency within HR Operations
- Assist in updating Global HR procedures to support global policies and process alignment, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Partner with global and regional HR teams to coordinate initiatives and facilitate smooth execution and alignment of Global HR processes
- Prepare and deliver ad hoc HR data reports for business stakeholders
What You’ll Bring with You:
- Proven experience in HR operations and process coordination
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proactive and analytical mindset with good attention to detail
- Strong focus on compliance and maintaining high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written
- Experience working with cross-border teams
- Accustomed to using MS Office suite and HR systems
- Experience with process mapping tools is a plus
