Tech Lead (CI)

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Lead Technical design, architect, solution, engineering with leads (Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, etc) in working stream
  • Deep dive into current IT/Technical Landscape and develop architecture roadmap
  • Lead development/scrum teams to delivery solution roadmap with best practices
  • Participate, propose, present in technical session with stakeholders
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, mitigate the risks and set expectations.


What You’ll Bring with You:

  • 7+ years in software development in large scale ecosystem
  • Experience in .NET or JAVA with modern Engineering practices
  • Experience in Node, Go, Frontend technologies (such as mobile platform) are big plus
  • Experience in developing and leading Open API architecting, transformation with microservices, event-driven architect, domain-driven design, Data engineering
  • Experience in full cycle of DevSecOps
  • Good understanding on Mobile and Web app architecture, Data Analytics architecture
  • Good understanding on Cloud well-architected and design patterns plus
  • Good understanding on Mobile and Web app architecture, Data Analytics architecture
  • Strong understanding of Banking / Financial / Insurance industry are plus
  • Ability to develop trusted and durable relationships with clients and ecosystem partners across the domain
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous and ever change environments.
  • Must be able to speak fluent Thai and English
