The successful candidate will assist with the delivery of large-scale review and remediation work on a case-based activity. The role requires a firm understanding of the Risk Based Approach as well as efficient working practices to ensure tasks are delivered with the minimum amount of delay to complete several given cases in a quick time.

YOUR CAPCO DAY

  • Participating in strategic projects with key clients (Swiss Financial Institutions) to deliver strategic projects as well as complex transformations in the Banking and Payments as well as in the Wealth and Asset Management industry with a certain focus on regulatory and compliance topics
  • In the above-mentioned first assignment you will be performing client file reviews in the  banking industry
  • Conducting comprehensive KYC and AML analyses and driving client file remediation as needed
  • Handling of special cases and non-standard situations in a proactive, comprehensive, yet efficient approach. If needed discuss, report, and escalate complex cases with appropriate stakeholders  
  • Contributing to the marketing efforts of Capco in the Wealth and Asset Management domain as well as our Risk & Compliance area
  • Being part of our journey to become the leading consultancy for Risk & Compliance topics in the Swiss Wealth & Asset Management industry

YOUR CAPCO FIT 

  • At least 2 years of experience in Banking & Payments as well as in the Wealth & Asset Management industry, preferably with experience in Risk and Compliance either in banks/wealth managers or in other consulting firms.
  • Ideally experience in reviewing KYC files in personal banking, corporate banking and/or wealth management, or any other financial institution conducting KYC checks
  • Passionate for the financial services industry, eager to learn and evolve and able to connect the dots between business and technology.
  •  Collaborative and proactive but also bold and outspoken.
  • Self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and ability to establish and deliver on priorities.
  • Ability to handle large workloads in an efficient manner
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and being part of a high performing team
  • Excellent communication skills in English. German and additional language is a clear plus.
