Wage

  • from 3.000 EUR (salary will be adjusted based on previous experience)

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Data/Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our client's accounting system by automating key processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, collaborating closely with clients to gather crucial insights, define accounting rules, and transform data into actionable models. You'll also have the chance to enhance and apply your language skills in both German and English.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of accounting systems by automating critical processes.
  • Engage directly with clients to collect input and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Define and implement accounting rules aligned with best practices.
  • Conduct data mapping, modeling, and analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilize and further develop your German and English language skills in a professional setting.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: University degree, preferably in finance or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Some familiarity with the banking sector or its products, and accounting standards (IFRS/HGB).
  • Data Expertise: Proficient in data analysis, working with large datasets, managing data quality, and setting validation criteria.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong business analysis experience, including writing requirements and data mapping.
  • Process Optimization: Experience in process simplification, automation, or business process optimization.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German.
