MAKE AN IMPACT
Designation: Analyst / Senior Analyst
Exp Range: 3-8 years
Job location: Bangalore - Electronic City
Shift Timing: 7AM - 4PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and have excellent inter-personal skills. They will have excellent writing skills and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders across the business, and also be comfortable with a level of ambiguity and change. - Manage APAC training calendar, ensuring we run the sessions in the curriculum regularly via identifying speakers from the business with the support from L&D champions across APAC
- Track training attendance via CAPsule and Teams as well as spend against the L&D budget
- Be the super user for CAPsule – Capco’s internal learning portal in APAC and administer L&D data and processes, in line with global performance enablement processes
- Support in Reporting and training dashboard – tracking L&D KPIs, ad hoc reports based on need
- Be the point of contact to answer any general L&D and CAPsule inquiries via Teams, L&D inbox, ad hoc calls
- Manage the end-to-end logistics arrangements for training delivery including calendar invite, room booking, pre-training arrangements, online production and post-training follow-up
- Be the co-lead of APAC L&D champions community partnering with L&D Lead, host monthly catch-ups to ensure what we deliver to the business is relevant with impact and call for support from them in identifying trainers and cascading the L&D offers to their teams and regions
- Manage and deliver Induction Program and Associate Talent Program via partnering with teams across different functions ensuring brilliant on-boarding experience for new joiners across levels
- Work with the L&D Lead to evaluate all L&D programmes and interventions, demonstrating ROI
- Manage external qualifications application processing
- Work with finance for new vendor registrations by submitting all the documentations required and ensure invoice payment is done within the payment period
- Manage any ad-hoc task and admin support as and when required
You are expected to:
- Be educated to degree level and/or HR/L&D professionally qualified. Relevant L&D exp for Analyst role (3 – 5 Yrs) and Senior Analyst role (5-8 Yrs)
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to establish and manage relationships at all levels
- Be solutions focused with the ability to understand requirements from business and identify appropriate solutions with consultative approach
- Be a strong team player with a flexible, pragmatic and collaborative approach to work
- Have effective project/time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work in APAC time zone (7 AM – 4 PM IST)
