KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Talent Acquisition: Employ proactive and strategic sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates for IT and business consulting roles, from various channels, including industry-specific job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, business acumen, and cultural fit with Capco's values and client requirements
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with our IT and business consulting teams to understand their specific project needs, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition strategies and project objectives
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates in the IT and business consulting space, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
- Market Insight: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in IT and business consulting talent landscapes to optimize recruitment strategies and attract high-calibre candidates
- Candidate Experience: Oversee the candidate journey for IT and business consulting roles, providing seamless and positive experiences throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics for IT and business consulting roles to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and implement continuous improvements.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to Capco's ethical standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant in the financial services industry or related fields, with a strong understanding of IT and business consulting roles
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders in the IT and business consulting domains
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues, specifically within the IT and business consulting space
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to comprehend diverse IT and business consulting project requirements and devise tailored and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Collaborative Mindset: Team-oriented approach with a willingness to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including IT and business consulting experts
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software (LinkedIn Recruiter), and sourcing platforms relevant to IT and business consulting roles
- Ethical Standards: Exhibit the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all recruitment activities related to IT and business consulting
