Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage project quality
- Perform risk-based system and process audits.
- Familiar with process design and system design.
- To promote and facilitate the development and implementation of effective controls, an effective and strong risk management system, and sound governance and control processes
- Evaluate internal controls and perform root cause analysis for issues identified.
- Provide value-added recommendations to improve systems of internal controls and to mitigate risks and ensuring quality.
- Ensure issue or observation are remediated end to end effectively.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have risk wmanagement experience, able to do system and process audit
- Agile delivery hand-on experience
- Banking domain knowledge
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional requirements, user stories and documenting business/data/application/technology architectures, requirement and business rules
- Experience in identifying policy and process gaps, developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between current state and future state
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to cooperate with a variety of people to achieve results
- Proactive with good organisational skills and forward planning
