Responsibilities:

  • Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate effective communication within the program team and with external stakeholders. Ensure that stakeholders are informed about program progress and key milestones (incl. change management support)
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide insights into program performance, progress, and key metrics
  • Manage program documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and other relevant documentation
  • Contribute to the identification, tracking, and resolution of program risks and issues. Work with Program Leads to develop mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards
  • Manage and administer project management tools and systems used within the PMO, working alongside scrum master to ensure that the tools/ trackers are up to date/ standard
  • Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers, and other stakeholder

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Business
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Extensive project management skills and experience of managing medium and complex
  • Strong people management and broad experience in managing large teams of different work streams/geographies.
  • Multiple strong examples of the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes – a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes.
  • In depth experience of working in a banking environment and change
  • Good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization.
  • Implementation, change management and benefits
  • Understand the PMO activities, its governance Hands on experience as PMO is a desirable.
  • Proven experience of setting up Project Management Process, Implementing Best
  • Experience in Financial Services industry: Banking, Insurance.
  • Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners’
  • Experience in Client Facing
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written is a must
  • Team player with strong desire for excellence
  • Thai Nationality
