ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance, preferably in brokerage insurance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and document business requirements for insurance projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a preference for brokerage insurance experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
