ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager Officer (PMO) will be focusing on supporting client's migration plan and driving execution of re-carding exercise through close collaboration with executional client's stakeholders (MIS, Marketing, Communications, Operations and any other key functional areas in direct engagement with the migration plan).

You will work closely with the Cards team to support the following scope of work:

  1. Migration project setup and governance
  2. Migration strategy and product mapping
  3. MIS data analysis and customer segmentation
  4. Customer Communications Plan
  5. Migration roadmap – re-carding cycle and batches
  6. Business costing model
  7. Migration execution and support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as project lead for the migration, coordinating and supporting end-to-end internal and external stakeholder management
  • Drive and support the end-to-end Client's migration strategy 
  • Ensure accurate product mapping  
  • Develop and discuss customer segmentation analysis
  • Develop customer communications strategy (Pre, Through & Post Migration) adopting a Digital First approach
  • Build migration roadmap (re-carding cycles and batches) and assess impact towards Customer Service, Call Centre / Branches, Embossing and Back-office Operations
  • Collaborating with Client's internal teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Monthly steer-co meeting with stakeholders for alignment.

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong PM, PMO and people management experience in consulting/banking environment and accountability for complex projects
  • Solid experience in project governance, quality assurance, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependency) management, change control, communications, programme planning, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Ability to analyse data and manage carding or re-carding initiatives
  • Strong experience reporting to and dealing with senior internal stakeholders
