Technical Requirement:

 

Domain: Any Banking and Financial Domain, Trade Life cycle, Prime Brokerage and knowledge on OTC products will be a plus. Knowledge

  1. Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle
  2. Excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques.
  3. Thorough understanding of the purpose, value, culture, and fundamentals of Global Change Delivery.
  4. Strong understanding of banking and understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers, and other stakeholders Role Experience: -
  5. Highly skilled test manager who will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies and collaborating with other departments for on time and error free delivery.
  6. Extensive Test management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects cutting across different functions within a Trade Life Cycle.
  7. In depth experience of working in a banking environment and change projects
  8. Good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization.
  9. Coordinate cross functional teams to understand project requirements and develop test strategies.
  10. Oversee the execution of testcases across the program, ensuring thorough testing coverage and adherence to quality standards.
  11. Manage the testing environment, including test data, tolls, and resources to support testing activities.
  12. Track & report testing status progress, including defects found, test coverage and release readiness. Tools
