We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst -  to join our high-caliber People Systems team. You will be a crucial part of our mission to deliver customer-centric and innovative technology solutions that create an incredible employee experience and support accelerated business growth. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the HR operating model, excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the business and strong project management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities. You should also have a passion for a customer-centric mindset, like to solve problems, take initiative, pitch in when needed, and are always up for trying new things.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong Understanding of HRIS Systems including ATS Greenhouse/ Workday.
  • Hands-on experience with configurations and admin activities for the HRIS System
  • Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking system capabilities and business process
  • Engage with business partners to discuss business requirements, determine feasibility, business value, and a cost-effective and scalable solution.
  • Collaborates with functional teams (Business Engagement and Business Process Owners) to help ensure major product features, releases, and patches are tested, validated, and deployed to production
  • Enables best practices for SOX, GRC controls for various Enterprise and Business Applications for User provisioning, de-provisioning, Roles and access management; coordinates, periodic access review with internal audit and other stakeholders and enables necessary protocols for secure access control

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of tier 1 HRIS implementation and system support
  • 2+ years of Workday/SAP SuccessFactors or any HCM ecosystem experience
  • Exposure with Greenhouse or similar application is a must
  • BA/BS Degree in IT, IS, or business-related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • A solid understanding and demonstrated experience using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX
  • Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer-facing
