Location: Mohali, Delhi

Overview: The Growth and Strategy develops growth strategies to drive business expansion and ensure long-term success. You will identify growth opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for:

  • Develop growth strategies: Collaborate with senior management to define growth objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Conduct research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyse market data, customer insights, identify growth opportunities and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Develop business plans: Create comprehensive business plans, including financial forecasts, and operational goals. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure agreement and successful execution of the plans.
  • Inspire creativity: Identify opportunities for service innovation to meet evolving customer demands and gain a competitive edge. Work with product development teams to translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies. Report on progress to senior management and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work with departments such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align strategies and ensure successful implementation. Foster a collaborative.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and alliances: Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions that can accelerate growth. Evaluate potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships to maximize mutual benefits.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Masters in Business Administration
  • 4-6 Years Experience in strategic planning, Operational Implementation, Growth Operations, or related roles.
  • Interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Expertise in SQL or Snowflake or Similar Tools

 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Hands-on with Tableau or Power BI
  • Collaborate with teams and present findings to senior management.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and forecasting.
  • You will be reporting to Associate Director
