Job Description

Zscaler is looking for an IT Business Operations analyst to join our Information Technology Strategy & Planning team. You will have with expertise in reporting. You are working within the Business Operations team to support operational reporting, project metrics and IT budgets. The IT Business Operations Analyst will help exist vendor management, licensing costs and agreements and assist with special projects. The IT Business Operations Analyst will support Tableau reports by analyzing data to pull important insights on the operational health of our organization and help build a data driven understanding of our business.

You will work within the Business Operations team to support operational reporting, project metrics and IT budgets. Zscaler is looking for a Senior IT Operations and Reporting Analyst to our Information Technology Strategy & Planning team. This position is based out in Mohali /Bangalore, India Location. will be reporting to the Director, IT Business Operations.

Responsibilities/What You'll Do

You will present technical and operational data including capacity planning and budgeting, operational reporting ,project metrics and IT budgets and also help existing vendor management, licensing costs and agreements and assist with special projects.
You work with the team to help track main performance metrics to measure performance and forecasting by analyzing data to pull important insights on the operational health of our organization and help build a data driven understanding of our business.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

5+ years experience in business operations, finance and analytics
BA/BS technical/business degree or related field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with business productivity tools like GSuite, Asana, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
Work with the team to help define important performance metrics to measure performance and forecasting which helps in tracking for better presentation.
Develop professional executive level presentations, reports and dashboards for leadership
Support the management and reporting of vendor management, purchasing and licensing data reports
