Job Description
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our networking and security product portfolio.
- Create and deliver high-quality technical content, including deployment guides, videos, and technical documentation.
- Provide hands-on expertise in setting up customer networks and configuring firewalls for our clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and engineering teams, to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- Engage with customers to provide technical guidance, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless implementation experience.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for customers and internal sales and engineering teams.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences as a subject matter expert.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in networking and network security.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in networking and network security, with a focus on hands-on expertise in setting up networks and configuring firewalls.
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer-facing role
- Proven track record of creating and delivering technical content, including deployment guides, videos, and documentation.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging directly with customers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product management, and engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex networking and security issues.
- Up-to-date industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, etc.) are highly desirable.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
