Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Specialist with a specialization in networking and network security. As a Technical Product Specialist for our Zero Trust Platform, you will help implement the product vision. Applying your expertise in Firewalls, SD-WAN and ZTNA, you will guide the development of our Zero Trust Networking offerings.
This role is Hybrid and you will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our networking and security product portfolio.
- Create high-quality technical content, including deployment guides, videos, and technical documentation.
- Provide hands-on expertise in setting up customer networks and configuring firewalls for our clients.
- Collaborate with company partners, including sales, product management, and engineering teams, to guide product enhancements and improvements.
- Engage with customers to provide technical guidance, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless implementation experience.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for customers and internal sales and engineering teams.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences as a subject matter expert.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in networking and network security.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in networking and network security, with a focus on hands-on expertise in setting up networks and configuring firewalls.
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer-facing role
- You will have experience troubleshooting complex networking and security issues.
- Experience creating and delivering technical content, including deployment guides, videos, and documentation.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Ability to collaborate with team members, such as sales, product management, and engineering teams.
- Up-to-date industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, etc.)
