We're looking for an experienced The Principal Strategy Architect to join our Product Management team. You will partner with Product Management, Worldwide Sales, and Engineering leadership to engage with Zscaler's most strategic prospects, customers, and alliance partners. You will set appropriate expectations during the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction and demonstrate how Zscaler's solutions address the customer's requirements.

The Principal Strategy Architect will develop and deliver architectural workshops and presentations that illustrate Zscaler's ability to enhance customer, prospects and partners' business operations and demonstrate Zscaler's value. Reporting to the SVP, Strategic Development, you'll be responsible for:

Direct account specific strategy with a focus on future revenue growth
Develop and refine processes to improve the engagements, productivity, and effectiveness of the Strategy architect team.
Develop the capabilities of the strategy architects that support the field sales.
Demonstrate understanding of networking and security architectures and contribute to technical discussions with network and security architects of large enterprises and strategic partners.
Respond to prospects', customers', and partners' concerns during meetings by explaining clear information on the benefits of Zscaler's solutions.
Work with sales teams to promote visibility and opportunities.
Ensure the salesforce is supported and has the necessary resources to be successful.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

10+ years of experience in a solutions architect, engineer, or pre-sales role working for a vendor or a customer.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on large, complex SaaS solution opportunities.
Demonstrated leadership experience of technical resources.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with how to navigate large enterprise organisational structures.
Lead cross-departmental collaboration on strategic initiatives.
Experience managing executive-level relationships.
