We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves executing and managing various aspects of HR operations, ensuring seamless and efficient HR processes, and collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and the Facilities team to create a well-rounded employee experience. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of HR Operations, exceptional attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee records management, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Handle inquiries from employees related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Support HR audits and contribute to maintaining accurate HR records to ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to HR operations. 
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports for HR metrics. 
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to enhance HR processes. 
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension, and other statutory benefits in compliance with local laws. 
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Skills we're looking for:

  • HR Operations Expertise: Proficiency in managing various HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively, and to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Customer Service: A customer-service mindset when addressing employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive employee experience. 
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with HR Business Partners, Facilities teams, and other departments to achieve common goals. 
  • Process Improvement: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for streamlining and improving HR processes.

Requirements:

  • MBA/Post-Graduation degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in human resources is required, preferably with a background in HR Operations 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment is highly desired. 
  • Experience collaborating with HRBPs, and Facilities teams is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; experience with payroll systems is preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. 
  • A passion for organizational culture, design, the future of work, and human-centric People approaches. 
  • Experience working with and optimizing HR platforms/technologies 
  • Friendly, energetic, and comfortable operating in a fluid environment 
  • Must exercise absolute discretion both inside and outside the company
