The Senior Financial Analyst- FP&A requires an energetic individual with a demonstrated ability to make key contributions in the analysis of financial and strategic issues. The Senior Financial Analyst FP&A will be working on budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities, and assist on special projects. The new position will support Corporate Consolidation and provide financial analysis, input and oversight of key business performance indicators. In addition, there is a close working relationship and support to various Key Business Functions.
- Financial Analysis ; driving KPI’s: Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues.
- Take Initiatives and Projects to drive system efficiency and reporting improvements.\Lead the Corporate consolidation and analytical FP&A process.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams like Data engineering, Data Visualisation and Other Finance functions to improve the Finance Processes.
- Understand Big Data requirements in the organisation and work with Data Engineering to create Databases.
- Compare forecasts and budgets to actual financial performance and bring insights that helps the Senior Management.
- Perform Big Data Analytics using SQL and Advanced Excel and create reporting and Dashboards in Tableau.
- Though Leadership to assess evolving requirement in the FP&A team's as well as business.
- Perform Month End activities and reporting requirements independently.
- Various ad-hoc analysis and process improvement projects to drive efficiency and scale.
Qualifications
- MBA/CA Finance with 3-5 years of FP&A experience.
- Proficient with salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Tableau, Exactly, Clari and/or other
comparable software systems. - Visualization tool, SQL & Advanced Excel/PPT skills
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- A self-starter, who proactively converts gaps into opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Flexibility to work U.S. time during the pick days of the quarterly/monthly reporting process.
- Strong team-player with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet function well with independent responsibilities.
