Job Description

  • System Configuration: Configure and maintain the Ceridian Dayforce system to meet the organization's HR, payroll, and workforce management requirements, including employee profiles, pay structures, tax codes, and benefits packages.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration and ensure data accuracy during system upgrades and integrations. Perform data imports, exports, and transformations as needed.
  • User Support and Training: Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system-related tasks. Ensure that employees can effectively use the Dayforce system.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards within Ceridian Dayforce to provide insights into workforce data, payroll expenses, and other relevant metrics. Utilize reporting tools to deliver actionable data.
  • Security and Access Control: Manage user access and security settings within the Dayforce system to protect sensitive HR and payroll data.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and discrepancies. Collaborate with Ceridian support and vendors when necessary.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to identify opportunities for system improvement and automation, proposing changes to optimize business processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Ceridian Dayforce configuration, business processes, and integration points to facilitate training and troubleshooting.



  • Proven experience as a Ceridian Dayforce Administrator or a similar HRIS/HRMS role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce HCM, including configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills (a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience with Finance/HRIS and Payroll applications.
