The Senior Analyst – BI & Analytics will report to the Sr. Manager - Business Intelligence, GCS Strategy and Operations. You will be part of our GCS BI & Analytics team responsible for reporting & business analytics for Global Customer Services team and departments. You will solve complex business problems using data for driving the growth of the organisation. You will be asked to work on tools such as Tableau, Salesforce.com, Google Spreadsheet and SQL.

Responsibilities/What You'll Do

  • Oversee Tableau dashboards for GCS Organisation; translate complex requirements into relevant dashboards in Tableau.
  • Lead complete Project Lifecycle for Tableau from requirements gathering, development, testing, user acceptance, deployment and support
  • Collaborate with company partners to solve complex challenges using data and analytics techniques
  • Present complex data in an easy-to-understand way to lead action
  • Create relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organisational levels; to move things forward and remove roadblock
  • Guide communication between the business and the IT data engineering team as part of the BI and Analytics team

Qualifications/Your Background

  • 7-16 years of experience in Business Analytics function; 4 years experience in Tableau
  • Experience working with Technical Support metrics
  • As an indvidual contributor manage multiple concurrent projects and excel in recurring changes
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce.com, Google Spreadsheet, SQL and working knowledge of R/Python.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Einstein Insights is a plus
  • Lead analytics solution in a diverse environment and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Guide to learn and passionate about applying data analytics to solve business problems
  • Technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation and a working knowledge of Tableau administration (only for coordination with backend admin teams)
  • Handle query and display large datasets while maximising the performance of dashboard
  • Continuous Improvement - Track record in optimising processes, leading iterative review cycles to deliver & improve on dashboard results that exceed user expectations. Brainstorm & set up SOPs to unlock efficiency.
  • Data analysis experience - Work with a variety of metrics, numbers, and data from multiple sources and conduct basic statistical analyses, including correlations, linear and logistic regression, forecasting . Explain complex analytics.
