  • Help develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that will raise brand awareness, and help drive customer acquisition and retention, including helping to define and direct marketing programs for demand creation and lead generation
  • Oversee local marketing communications, including branding, advertising, thought leadership, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events, collateral material, analyst and market research management, and website and social media design and content
  • Help create employer brand programs to attract, retain and engage top talent
  • Edit copy for brochures and other sales material
  • Help create content to help position Capco as a thought leader, including white papers, reports, infographics, email campaigns, blogs etc. Analyze and measure the performance to maximize reach and effectiveness
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
  • Ensure that sales tools are in place



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing & communication or completed federal diploma corresponding further training in marketing
  • 5+ years marketing experience in the management consulting, financial services and/or B2B technology industry
  • Strong written and communication skills are critical
  • Fluent in German is a MUST
  • Very good knowledge of oral and written English with the ability to communicate clearly
  • Very good organization skills
  • Proactive and independent worker, who is also a strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • You describe yourself as digitally affine, technology inquisitive and interested in digital, IT and banking topics.
  • Ability to plan and manage events and marketing programs
  • Possess a high level of integrity and a results-orientation
  • Excellent MS office skills, basic knowledge of collaboration and CMS and CRM tools
