Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our team and deliver for our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced developers, who can work effectively with Solutions Architects and others, with specific Archer Development experience.

About the Role 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Archer solutions to support business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with technology partners such as analysts, developers, and designers to configure and develop custom components that align with requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure that applications are void of prevalent coding vulnerabilities and adhere to established security protocols.
  • Participate in the creation of project plans, estimations, and progress reports.
  • Top of Form
  • Customize Archer applications using scripting, calculated fields, data feeds, and advanced workflows.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Archer solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and recommend enhancements to optimize Archer applications.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Archer experience in V6.9 or higher (Data Feed, configuration, Advanced Workflow, Data Driven Events)
  • .NET framework including SSIS and SQL
  • Strong knowledge of Archer development tools and capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Technical Abilities:

  • Expertise in Archer platform customization, including complex workflows and data structures.
  • Proficient in scripting languages for customizations and automation.
  • Experience with Archer API for data integration and external system interactions.
  • Understanding of security best practices in Archer application development.

Nice to Have:

  • Archer developer certification
  • Experience with integration of Archer with other systems (e.g., ServiceNow, LDAP, ERP).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
